Dad has ridden his bicycle also this early morning. 🚴  He said he had gone cycling over thirty kilometers. 👀‼️ And he is sleeping now because he is tired. 😆 He has done a great job 👍 , I want to follow his example.  So, today, I have exercised by myself in my home.
